Ratification by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Resolution No. 0405-0132 - Award of Bid and Construction Contract with Bay Cities Paving & Grading, Concord, CA, for the latter to construct a football field, baseball field, sprint track, jogging path, relocatable restroom with concessions, electrical light poles, scoreboard, retaining walls and miscellaneous accessibility amenities in conjunction with the Oakland High School Track and Field Project for the period commencing June 1, 2005 and ending on August 30, 2005 in an amount not-to-exceed $2,189,250.00.
