Ratification by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Professional Services Agreement with Placemakers, Emeryville, CA, for the latter to provide all services required to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) including, conducting a site visit, attend issues meeting, prepare architectural assessment, prepare a draft initial study, prepare mitigated negative declaration, prepare CEQA-Required notices, prepare mitigation monitoring and reporting program, attend public hearing and prepare a notice of determination in conjunction with the Oakland Technical High School Modernization Project for the period commencing March 9, 2005 and concluding no later than June 1, 2005 in an amount not to exceed $12,195.00.
