Approval of a Professional Services Agreement between the District and Oakland Small Schools Foundation, for the latter to provide school fund service, management and operations coaching, leadership coaching - best practice benchmarking, grant writing, events management, marketing and fundraising planning and execution, data coaching, school assessment and intervention analysis for the Principal and Teachers of Far West High School, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00 for the period April 9, 2008 through June 30, 2008.
