Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Bay City Boiler & Engineering Co, Inc., Hayward, CA, for the latter to replace the existing kitchen exhaust blower and the nonfunctioning control system to restore proper operation of the kitchen exhaust and make-up air systems at the District's Central Kitchen; inspect and service the make-up air package unit to ensure balanced airflow and improved ventilation within the kitchen space, via the Nutrition Services Department, for the period of October 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
