Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, General Services Agreement by and between the District and 360 Total Concept Consulting, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide continued Local Business Utilization consulting services, including program analysis, compliance monitoring, procurement support, vendor outreach, stakeholder engagement, and reporting for the Facilities Planning and Management Department, in an additional amount of $450,000.00, increasing the Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $1,725,708.00 to $2,175,708.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
