Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Noni Galloway, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide trauma-informed therapy and crisis management for students, and individual, family and/or group therapy for parents/families services, as appropriate, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for Greenleaf Elementary School, for the period of January 4, 2021 through May 31, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $3,000.00.
