Title
Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and CSM, Inc, a California Corporation, to manage the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) E-Rate Program Year 13 (2010-2011) application process, assess and process for the District all issues with prior E-Rate applications, provided E-Rate Year 12 (2009-2010) audit documentation to ensure compliance with FCC rules and regulations, and act as the District's main point of contact with the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) and provide other services delineated in Agreement, for the period July 11, 2009 through June 30, 2010 or until all issues with Year 13 E-rate are resolved, whichever is later, in an amount not to exceed $90,000.00 and $1,500.00 for other services delineated in section III, 4:B of Agreement.
