Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Connections Ed Consulting, Inc., Garden Valley, CA, for the latter to provide for Student X, a special needs student, an Independent Education Evaluation, as stated in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Special Education Department, for the period of July 27, 2023 through December 31, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $11,175.00.
