Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Vincil Carter, Chicago, IL, for the latter to assist the Deputy Chief, Post-Secondary Readiness, with transitioning of new Executive Director and Regional Managers [Oakland Athletic League] by meeting with and securing outside funders, developing streamlined procurement process, assisting in computerizing academic athletic eligibility, help with planning all aspects of the Oakland Legends Basketball Classic, collaborating with other District departments for updated transitions i.e. After School, Foundation, Security, and Facilities, and provide other services, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Office of Post-Secondary Readiness, for the term of August 17, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.
