Ratification by the Board of Education of a FoodCorps Site Agreement by and between the District and FoodCorps, Oakland, CA, for the latter to place five (5) FoodCorps Service Members at 10 Title 1 Elementary Schools (Global Family Elementary School, Greenleaf Elementary School, Grass Valley Elementary School, Laurel Elementary School, Oakland Academy of Knowledge, Highland Community School, Hoover Elementary School, Franklin Elementary School, Manzanita Community School, Manzanita SEED Elementary School), and two (2) at The Central Kitchen, Education Center and Instructional Garden and Farm, to provide a minimum of 1700 hours of service including food and garden education; supporting school food systems and creating healthy school environments, as described in Exhibit D of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 3, 2026 through July 2, 2027, in an amount not to exceed...
