Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Servio Consulting, LLC, Frankfort, IL, for the latter to focus on core objectives to improve the Salesforce database for the Coordination of Services Team (COST) and the Expanded Learning Office, by proactively monitoring the Salesforce database; providing a dedicated point person for all organization issues and questions, providing system monitoring and identify potential issues before they impact the entire database; assign an account manager who will meet monthly to discuss the health of the database and sharing enhancements to the existing system, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of November 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $52,500.00.
