Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No.2, Lease Agreement Contract between District and Mobile Modular Management Corp., Livermore, CA, extending with the latter, the leasing agreement for an additonal four months in conjunction with the Havenscourt New Cafeteria and Classroom Building Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $8,340.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $98,195.00 to $106,535.00 and extending the Contract period of May 2, 2011 through April 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
