Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Hope Reimagined, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide therapeutic services, mental case management, and professional development for students, families, and staff, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement (Scope of Work), incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Sojourner Truth Independent Studies Program, for the period of October 31, 2024, through May 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
