Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Wellness Together, Roseville, CA, for the latter to perform consulting and advisory services with respect to all matters relating to or affecting the integration and implementation of supplementary counseling support services for students in a safe, encouraging, and supportive manner in an individual and/or group setting, relevant and specific to the needs of the participating students, with certain named services offered in person or online; or if discontinuation of school-based services, student family may be offered three referrals alternative community health providers, each as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Urban Promise Academy, for the period of August 21, 2023 through May 24, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $9,305.00.
