Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Planting Justice, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide nutrition education that will enable students to test real-life nutritional situations, by educating students on nutrition, and the study of nutrients in food, how the body uses nutrients, and the relationship between diet, health, and disease … as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, for the unchanged term of September 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in the additional amount of $80,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $10,000.00, to $90,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
