Title: Receipt and discussion by the Board of Education of the correspondence by and between the Alameda County Superintendent of Schools, the California Superintendent of Public Instruction and the President, California Board of Education, and Notice to the California Legislature, the California Department of Finance, and the California Controller, concurring that the District, having met Education Code Section 41320.1 requirements, upon final payment of the 2003 State Apportionment (Loan), shall be released from the existing Fiscal Trusteeship, effective June 30, 2025.
