Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 5, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Syserco Energy Solutions, Inc., Fremont, CA, extending the term of the Agreement from August 29, 2025, through August 29, 2026, to October 31, 2026 (an additional 63 calendar days), for the latter to provide complete sensor/based station installation, configuration and upload of grant documents to meet CAL Shape's reimbursement deadline, commissioning and punch list, for the CAL Shape Design-Build Facilities Planning and Management Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
