Ratification by State Administrator on behalf of the District of Change Order No.1 with L. C. General Engineering & Construction, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide construction services - relocation of portable from Cesar Chavez School to the Bella Vista CDC Portable Replacement Project - in the amount of $211,285.00, increasing the current contract from $1,195,000.00 to $1,406,285.00 and increasing the contract end date by 90 days or aproximately February 28, 2005. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
