Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Summer Programming Addendum To Memorandum of Understanding 2020-2021 (MOU) for Elementary and Middle School After-School Programs Between the Oakland Unified School District and the East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 20 days of programming during Summer 2021, Mondays through Fridays, every school day from 12:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. at Roosevelt Middle School as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an additional amount of $52,000.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $399,538.00 to $451,538.00, for the period August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
