Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, El Cerrito, CA, for the latter to provide targeted support to students involved in the juvenile justice system, as well as Newcomer, unaccompanied minor, and undocumented students navigating immigration, criminal justice processes, and school processes as described In Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Rudsdale Continuation High School, for the period of August 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $114,100.00.
