Approval by the Board of Education of the Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and DecoTech Systems, Inc., Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide construction services to include additional cabling for data drops at 11 locations, and installation of an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) at the network hub at the 955 High Street Facilities, and Buildings & Grounds Department Offices, as further described in the Proposal, dated September 25,2024, which is attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the amount of $43,313.33, with the work scheduled to commence on January 23, 2025, and scheduled to last until April 23, 2025.
