Title:

Ratification by the Board of Education of a No-Cost Services Agreement (NCSA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), both, by and between the District and Fair Schools, Oakland, CA, for the latter, under the NCSA, to provide literacy support services to schools and central teams, as specified in Exhibit A of Agreement, for the period of October 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, and under the DSA, defines the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Fair Schools and the protection by Fair Schools of such data, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated in the DSA, for the same term as specified in the NCSA, each Agreement, at no cost to the District.
