Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of the Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Emergency Rooter, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide construction services to demolish walls, remove galvanized piping, and replace it with copper piping; install new water filters on all sinks, as further described in the Proposal, attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement, as part of the District-wide Lead Abatement Project, in the amount of $21,650.00, with the work anticipated to commence on July 21, 2025, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2025.
