Dragon, Michael Taylor and Rich Holash from Eric Hall & Associates, to  
present the Financial Analysis on the matter.  
President Yee, at the conclusion of the staff presentation, proposed to his  
colleagues that two (2) hours, 2 Minutes per speaker be allocated for Public  
Comment on this Legislative Matter. Subsequently, Legislative File 22-0708,  
so allocating time as proposed by President Yee, was adopted by the Board.
