1. What is the relationship between the LCAP and the larger budget? Is the LCAP an expression of our budget priorities as they relate to direct student support and specific student outcomes? If so, should we expect changes to the actions and investments during 2020-23, the years of this LCAP? If yes, of what kind?
2. What areas of the budget fall outside of the LCAP? Where and when can we learn about budget priorities in those areas?
3. How well do the goal and action areas as presented align with the LCAP PSAC principles for the LCAP and budget process?
4. When will we see a draft document that includes specific investments and funding amounts in each of the action areas? What will be the process to gather and incorporate committee feedback before the public hearing?
