· Review of why District is currently in budget crisis;
· Review of the steps the Board of Education is taking to address the budget shortfall for FY 2017-2018;
· Review of preventative steps the Board of Education is taking to insure non-reoccurrence of said issue(s) in Fiscal Years forward (e.g., zero-based budgeting and changes to internal fiscal controls); and
