Masker, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide scope of work which includes but is not limited to prep, prime and repaint exterior of the entire site according to the District's specifications and standards. Repaint rod iron fence going around the perimeter of the school site. Repaint underhand leading to courtyard to D-pod (1st to 2nd building). Repaint 15 portables to match the color of the school main building. Also paint all handrails on portables. (any surfaces on top of the roof that is painted should be repainted, including ac and heating units. All planter boxes/flagpoles in front of school should be included, for the Korematsu Esperanza at Stonehurst Elementary School Exterior Painting Project, in the amount of $206,000.00, which includes a contingency of $28,000.00, as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, with the work anticipated to commenc...
