Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and BrainPop LLC, Mount Kisco, NY, for the latter to provide its Professional Development Services, for English Learners, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the English Language Learner and Multilingual Achievement (ELLMA) Department, for the period of September 22, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $3,000.00.
