Approval by the Board of Education, upon recommendation of the Facilities Committee, of Agreement Between Owner and Alternative Design-Builder by and between the District and Alten Construction, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide design build services, as described in Article I, Scope of Work, of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the McClymonds High School Modernization Design Build Services Project, in the lump sum amount of $5,724,000.00, which includes a contingency amount of $50,000.00, for additional services, with the work scheduled to commence on April 13, 2023, and scheduled to last until May 5, 2027.
