Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and TRC Environmental Corporation, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide environmental services which consist of hazardous material abatement consulting services of the project, asbestos and lead-containing paint specifications, bid walk site meetings, prepare close-out reports, abatement oversight, and air monitoring services, with Basic Services including all work described in the January 6, 2023, proposal, which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, for the Oakland International High School Intrusion Alarm Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $21,205.00, with the work scheduled to commence on March 9, 2023, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2023.
