Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement for Architectural Services by and between the District and LCA Architects, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Basic Services consisting of design services, including landscaping architectural services and landscape irrigation design, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services, normally required to complete the Project, including, but not limited to, … facilitate the closeout of the outstanding DSA legacy projects, as described in Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the DSA Certification for Legacy Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $88,160.00, which includes not-to-exceed amounts of $75,600.00 for Basic Services, $7,560.00 for additional services, and $5,000.00 for reimbursable expenses, with work scheduled to commence on January 12, 2023, and scheduled to last until December 30, 2023.
