Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Architectural Services Agreement by and between the District and Murakami/Nelson Architectural Corporation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional design services which include providing a fee proposal to replace the existing scoreboard with a new scoreboard, preparing drawings, specifications, and calculations, coordinating with the design team and responding to DSA review comments, as described in the Proposals dated April 29th, August 4th and October 12, 2022, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the Castlemont High School Field & Bleachers Project, in an additional amount of $52,387.50, which includes a $4,762.50 contingency, increasing the Agreement's total not-to-exceed amount from $1,044,900.00 to $1,097,287.50 and extending the term of the Agreement from October 25, 2018 through December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2023 (an additional 365 calendar days).
