Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and East Bay Consortium, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide college student staff (3-4 tutors) to offer in class academic support to students in various classes, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Dewey Academy, for the period of November 1, 2022 through May 24, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
