Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Planting Justice, Oakland, CA, for the latter to offer nutrition education that will enable students to test real-life nutritional situations; educate the students on nutrition, and the study of nutrients in food, how the body uses nutrients, and the relationship between diet, health, and disease, and how to properly lose weight, maintain healthy weight and to gain weight, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Dewey Academy, for the period of September 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
