Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Melissa Early Education LLC, Dublin, CA, for the latter to work with 3 Early Learning Principals to facilitate site based Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) building on site needs and goals, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Early Childhood Development Department, for the period of October 10, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $35,250.00.
