Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, General Services Agreement by and between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Inc., Oakland CA, for the latter to provide additional services which includes assembling the data gap work plan associated with testing required by the Alameda County Department of environmental Health requirements, as described in the proposal dated November 12, 2021, attached to this Amendment in Exhibit A, in an additional amount of $17,555.00, increasing Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $33,548.00 to $51,103.00, and extending the term of the Agreement, an additional 181 calendar days, from December 10, 2020 through December 31, 2021 to June 30, 2022, for the Glenview Elementary School New Construction Project.
