Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Maintenance by and between Rook Electric, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide repairs and maintenance services for security cameras which includes troubleshooting, repair of surveillance system defects, remote assistance, configuration updates, onsite maintenance, cleaning and refocusing the cameras, for the Various Sites Security Camera Maintenance Project, in the amount of $189,400.00, which includes a reimbursable fee of $23,000.00, as the lowest responsive bidder, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said bidder, with the work anticipated to commence on November 18, 2021, and scheduled to last for Three hundred sixty-five (365) days, with an anticipated ending of November 18, 2022.
