Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, to provide two staff members to support students in grades TK-5 during outdoor times, five times a week for a total of 40 minute sessions, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Markham Elementary School, for the period of August 23, 2021, through May 25, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $25,732.00.
