Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Spearitwurx, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide design and implementation of a healing-centered engagement strategy that informs the process and outcomes of the CORE Team and the Black Student and Families Thriving Task Force and also design, facilitate and document a series of community listening and learning sessions meant to inform the development of Black Thriving Indicators and recommendations aligned with the Reparations for Black Students Resolution, via Office of the Chief of Staff, for the period of September 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $94,999.00.
