Ratification by the Board of Education of ImBlaze Pilot Program and Management Agreement and Standard Student Data Privacy Agreement, each, by and between District and The Big Picture Company dba BPL, Providence, RI, for the latter to provide hosting, maintenance, upgrades and associated support for the ImBlaze platform, and to have access to student data, as defined in the respective agreements, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Technology Services Department, for the period October 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022, at no cost to the District.
