Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Children Rising, Oakland, CA, for the latter to conduct tutoring services for 2nd and 3rd graders in Reading and Math, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at MLK/Lafayette Elementary Schools, for the period of August 9, 2021, through May 25, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $8,325.00.
