Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and HERO, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a variety of counseling/mentoring services to targeted student population - Title I, Latino, African American and Second Language students in the form of Social Skills Lessons, Leadership Program, Mentoring, Professional Development, and Organized Recess, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at RISE Community Elementary School, for the period of August 23, 2021, through May 25, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
