Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Superior Quality Home Health, LLC, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide to students an entry level healthcare workshop consisting of skills needed in all environments, such as communications (active listening), compassion and showing empathy, establishing in building rapport, attention to detail, and by meeting the needs of themselves and others by remaining flexible to change, with a stress on the importance of integrity, dependability, punctuality, reliability and patience at Dewey Academy, for the period of April 1, 2021 through May 28, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $7,000.00.
