Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 5, Independent Consultant Agreement between the District and KDI Consultants, Oakland CA, for the latter to provide Additional DSA Inspection services and installation of new ceilings in the toilet rooms and furred wall, as described in the Proposal dated October 30, 2020, attached as part of Exhibit A, for the Madison Park Academy Expansion Project, in an additional amount of $18,700.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $856,420.00 to $875,120.00, extending the term of the agreement from February 24, 2016 through December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2021, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
