Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement between the District and Jensen Hughes, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide additional site visits to witness testing of the fire alarm and intrusion alarm system with contractor, client, and OUSD Alarm Shop; prepare written report of test results, as described on page 2 of the proposal dated October 30, 2020, attached, as part of Exhibit A, for The Center at Foster Project, in an additional amount of $3,500.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $31,600.00 to $35,100.00, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
