Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and The Integral Group, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the Fremont High School New Construction Project, authorizing additional Commissioning Services, as described in the proposal dated January 22, 2021 attached to this Amendment as part of Exhibit A, at no additional cost, extending term of Agreement from August 25, 2016 through December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2021, by 365 additional calendar days, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in force and effect.
