Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Emma Donnelly, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide English Language instruction for parents of students, focusing on enhancing English fluency for life skills relevant to communicating with school faculty and staff, and helping parents develop the skills needed for guiding their children on a path to academic success at East Oakland Pride Elementary School, for the period of October 1, 2020 through January 31, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $2,500.00.
