Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Mustard Seed Neighborhood Development Corp, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide reading support, using last in person Fountas and Pinnell assessment data to identify children behind in grade-level reading expectations and a plan to give them extra support according to Plan, Outcomes and Proposed Schedule, of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference, as though fully set forth, at Lincoln Elementary School, for the period of August 5, 2020 through May 15, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
