Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement between the District and Speech Pathology Group, Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide services to pupils as described in Addendums A, B, C, D and/or E, of Agreement, among other services, enabling the District to implement the services in special education students' Individual Education Plan (IEP), including speech-language services, behavioral consultation and intensive individual services, via the Special Education Program Department, in an amount not to exceed $6,500,000.00, for the period July 1, 2020 and ends on the earliest of the following: June 30, 2021; the completion of the Services (as stated in addendums A (speech) and/or B (behavior) and/or C (Psychological Services) and/or D (Occupational Therapy Services) and/or E (Physical Therapy Services); or when terminated as set in Agreement.
