Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor - Competitively Bid - on behalf of the District to Redgwick Construction Company ("Contractor"), Oakland, CA, for the latter to remove approximately 240 LF of concrete wall including stairs leading to playground as shown on plans; install new retaining wall and stairs as shown on plans, for the Horace Mann Elementary School Retaining Wall & Stairs Replacement Project, described in Bid Proposal - Document 00 31 01 - received 1:00 P.M., May 28, 2020, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the amount of $297,200.00, which includes a contingency of $20,000.00, as the lowest responsive bidder, and rejecting all other bids, if any, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said bidder, with project anticipated to commence on December 10, 2020, and scheduled to last for Ninety (90) days, with an anticipated ending of March 10, 2021.
